Our Service ELIMINATES Most Emails from Third Parties, which Preserves Your Privacy
Unlike most services that send your email freely to third parties, our service will PRESERVE YOUR PRIVACY and GUARD your email. Use of our service will allow you to receive information that is targeted towards your needs ONLY. Other non essential emails are eliminated. That includes the typical hundreds of emails from third parties.
Phone Number Always Kept PRIVATE
When you sign up for our service, we request a phone number. Preserving the privacy of your phone number is our highest priority. This is for communication between our company and you only, and is never released to any other company or individual, unless you specifically direct us to do so.
Do Not Contact Information
We will send you information that meets your request to send property or related information to us. What Information Do We Collect?
We collect personal information about you from the information you provide to us when you fill out a request. This includes the following: name, address, telephone number, employer, move in date, and email address. We also collect information about your future residence needs such as # of bedrooms, sq feet, etc to best meet your residence needs. If you request us to help connect you with other alumni (which is an optional service), we will submit an email to connect you with other alumni.

Our survey includes the OPTIONAL ability for you to submit your social media info to us. If you request this service, your social media user id ONLY will be displayed to other alumni from your same university that use our system and that are moving to the same city as you are. You can remove this information from being seen at any time by logging in with your private login.

If you fill out an email or other form on our site, we may ask for a variety of information so that we can help you find a matching residence or help you connect to other alumni from your university.
When Will Information be Collected?
We collect personal information about you when you fill out an email form on our site, when you register through registration web pages and each time you update your personal profile. We also will collect information when you send in any additional requests about your residence needs via text, phone calls or emails.
If requested, a student can request to sign up for our roommate match. This service allows students to provide first name and emails for contact for a potential roommate. We do NOT guarantee any of this data. It is your 100% responsibility to do background checks and financial checks on any potential roommate. Homebase Services is not liable for any roommate matching liabilities. If you are not comfortable with these terms, please do not use any function of the roommate match service or ask to be immediate removed.
